Pozole


*this is a quick, easy way to make this Mexican soup, so it's not the "real thing"

Ingredients:
2 cups chicken broth
shredded chicken
1 small can green sauce (Mexican food aisle)
1 small can of Hominy (or you can choose Great Northern beans)
1 teaspoon of ground cumin

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a pot. Bring to a boil, then turn down and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve with avocado slices or shredded cheese and chips.
